Ways to Enjoy: Use as a marinade, dressing, dip, seasoning, and sauce; Marinade: tuna, salmon, fish, chicken, shrimp, and beef. Dress: a salad of grilled chicken, cucumber, fresh torn mint, red onion, and chili julienne. Dip: dipping sauce for sushi, sashimi, dumplings, potstickers, and fried seafood.
