Zesty and Herbal. Hayden Flour Mills partnered with Brooklyn's famous spice company, New York Shuk, to bring us a unique and delicious cracker with Middle East flavors of za'atar leaves, sumac, sesame, and roasted chickpeas.
About the Artisan: Hayden Flour Mills was started by a father-daughter duo and is run by a team with a vision to mill some of the world’s forgotten ancient and heritage grains using sustainable methods at every level of the process, from seed to table. Their mill is located on the farm where most of our grains are grown. They use their own milled flour to create a truly scrumptious cracker.
