Salted Maple Crackers are literally Adult Graham Crackers. These crackers are slightly sweet, a tad salty, and have hints of maple. They are absolutely scrumptious and can add a fun variety to your cheese plate!
Ways to Enjoy: Our favorite is with our original cheddar and a dollop of our Blueberry Bourbon Jam. But the fun doesn't stop there. Pair with soft cheeses and fruit-infused cheeses. Eat while drinking Champagne, Stout Beer, English Breakfast Tea, or Artisan Coffee. Crumble up and put on Butternut Squash Soup, Mac and Cheese, and ice cream.
About the Artisan: As an artist and baker Whitney, Castleton Crackers' founder, has always been fascinated by the origins of various foods. This passion led to crafting a cracker based on an 1800's recipe. Castleton Crackers debuted at the Rutland Vermont Farmer’s Market in 2008. After growth and expansion, Whitney joined with like-minded folks at the award-winning Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company.
